Mark your calendar for ENVISION 2019, the New York State Ophthalmological Society’s annual statewide educational conference. ENVISION 2019 will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019, in the elegant and convenient setting of The Garden City Hotel in Garden City, NY.

We hope that you will join us this year with an exhibit table or a sponsorship. We invite you to take advantage of the many benefits of meeting face-to-face with approximately 150 ophthalmologists and practice administrators from all over the state, who represent a variety of ophthalmological subspecialties and practice arrangements. The program will feature an outstanding line up of nationally recognized experts who will deliver lectures on scientific and practice management topics.

We’ve created a wide range of participation opportunities for vendors to meet and mingle with prospective customers. Attendees will be given incentives to visit as many booths as possible in order to maximize opportunities for vendors to meet and mingle with prospective customers. The Exhibit Hall will be open from 7:30 am to the close of the event at 4 pm, with registration, breakfast, and morning and afternoon breaks held in the Exhibit Hall to maximize vendor exposure to attendees. Additionally, there are scheduled times for attendees to visit with exhibitors during non-lecture periods.
